The service, as-is

NeatPaste's tools are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes no warranty that any tool will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Text processing logic can have bugs like any other software, and the tools may be changed, broken, or taken down without notice.

Verify your own output

You are responsible for checking the output of any tool before relying on it — whether that means proofreading cleaned-up text, reviewing a converted table, or confirming a character count against a platform's actual limit. NeatPaste is a convenience utility, not a substitute for your own review, and you should not treat its output as guaranteed correct.

Permitted use

You're welcome to use NeatPaste for free, for personal or commercial purposes, as often as you like. There's no requirement to credit or link back to the site. What's not permitted is attempting to disrupt, overload, scrape at abusive volume, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or otherwise abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeatPaste and the person who operates it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools — including damages resulting from errors, data loss, or reliance on tool output.
